but it definitely over stayed it's welcome.
For all the winter complaining I did I had no idea that this past winter was one of the harshest on record?! My complaining feels quite validated, even if my city didn't make the top ten list. Winter weather was hardest on the following cities named by the Accumulated Winter Season Severity Index as the "10 Bleakest Cities of 2015". Lexington, KY must be number 11. ;)
1. Boston, MA
2. Buffalo, NY
3. Detroit, MI
4. Louisville, KY
5. Hartford, CT
6. Nashville, TN
7. Newark, NJ
8. New York City, NY
9. Portland, ME
10. Providence, RI
If you live in (or a suburb of ) one of these cities I've got some great news for you today! After you and (your home) weathered one of the toughest winters on record, Lowe's thinks someone in your hometown deserves a little sunshine in the form of a refreshed, madeover space in your home!
With spring finally in the air, Lowe's wants to inspire and help consumers in the "10 Bleakest Cities of 2015" discover creative solutions to spruce up and improve their homes and communities with a quick makeover.
