Musician Pharrell Williams has placed his Miami penthouse up for sale for $10.9 million (€10.3 million).
The Florida-based condo has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms and spans to more than 9,000 square feet.
Pharrell initially bought the property in 2007 for $12.5 million.
The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows and a breathtaking three-storey living room which sits beneath a huge domed ceiling.
An imposing spiral staircase leads to the main bedroom, which is flanked by Family Guy artwork that is supposedly being left behind. Also lining the walls is a framed copy of Pharrell’s interview by Michael Jackson.
The rest of the stunning penthouse is minimally decorated, except for one bedroom with Minion toys – Pharrell featured on the soundtrack for the popular cartoon Despicable Me – which is likely home to his young son Rocket.
The Brickell-based home looks out over the Atlantic Ocean as it sits right by the water.
And there’s no place better to enjoy the 360-degree views than from the rooftop terrace, which features a pool and outdoor barbecue area to soak up the Florida sun.
The house also comes with its own home theatre complete with classic red leather seats, while there is also an entertainment room with a billiards table and telescope.
