Commenting at the launch of the February catalogue, Robert Hoban, Commercial Director, Allsop said: "An interesting twelve months lie ahead for the property market in this, an election year. With general economic indicators looking positive, there is a renewed confidence in the property market as a target for investment. We expect to see an increase in the volume of residential and commercial properties placed on the market in 2016, to meet this growing demand. For example, our database of buyers has grown by 12% to over 64,000."
