Ten of the most expensive rental properties around

Earlier this week the Private Residential Tenancies Board reported that rents were continuing to rise around the country with nationwide rents up 6.5% for the 12 months to the end of March, while the increase in Dublin was 9.6%.

It’s fair to say that no matter where you live it’s hard to get good value in the rental market at present.

With that in mind though, MyHome.ie decided to look at the 10 most expensive properties to rent on the site at present, starting from a whopping €20,000 per month for a house in Roundwood previously occupied by the late Michael Jackson.
